Rush Powers

Rush Powers, President of Burke, Powers & Harty, Inc, is a graduate of Tennessee High School and Mercer University, Macon, Georgia. He began his insurance career with USF&G Insurance Co as an underwriter in Nashville, TN. Rush has 35+ years in the insurance industry and has served on several insurance boards and committees, including serving as a board member of the Insurers of Tennessee. He and his wife, Lea, have three adult children and two grandsons.
